The location is really poor.

It has comfy bed and a big bathroom. It has magnificent and incredible setting very close to the ocean. My thanks to all excellent and accommodating staff members.

Overall it was clean and everything was good.

Staff was accommodating and provided us with effective Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, and a tea and a kettle. The room was new-fashioned and big, relaxing after a long day. Really enjoyed views of the mountains. The food for buffet breakfast was excellent. Location was amazing and fantastic, near the sea.

The setting was magnificent, in the centre of the town. Their buffet breakfast at 9.20 was not to miss.

A chilled-out base for sightseeing in Puerto de la Cruz. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Reasonably large and absolutely spotless rooms of the apartment with a refrigerator. Peaceful, excellent setting so close to the pedestrian area as well as the shore.

Slept on not very comfortable bed.

We loved it, it's cosy and new place! The staff were attentive and very friendly. The setting was perfect and exceptionally nice.

Lovely accommodation with large rooms short walk to the Lago Martianez, beach, bars, supermarkets and RF Bambi. Rooms with a smaller tv. Perfect and top location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Strandpromenade. Btw, located near shops.

Has large bedrooms and kitchenette. The place is close to the harbour and sea front as well as main promenade. I am very satisfied with efficient and welcoming staff and terrific service: )

Place was new and cosy and a minute walk from a Catholic church. Staff of our accommodation was knowledgeable and attentive! It was marvellous and amazing on the coast.

It's a pity but the bathroom was very small.

It's cosy place and everything was perfect. The venue has perfect and excellent setting near the town centre. It's near the beautiful island of Tenerife, restaurants and sea.

Great central location and friendly staff. The room was clean and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a nice swimming pool and a rooftop sun terrace.

The room was a bit small and the shower curtain was not very effective, causing the whole floor to get soaked. There was limited hot water supply for showers.

The stay in the hotel was really a good return on investment. The staff was very friendly, everything was working perfectly. The location is as well fine. Close to the see, close to the Martianez lake, close to the city center. Room was nice and clean, even its not a big size it was fine enough for two of us plus baby. I would definetely recommend this hotel

In the early morning there was noise comming from street. Once the service men were watering the flowers other day the garbage lorry was passing around.
